- Attach your activated Smart ID securely to your bag. Instructions are on your PDF download.
- Photograph your bag with your Smart ID in place, with the serial number showing.
With our free app, you can
- record your Smart ID details,
- capture photos of your Smart ID attached to your bag,
- connect to us via email if something goes wrong.

For further protection, don’t forget to place the “Inside Bag ID Sheet” inside your bag before travel.
TRACE ME is integrated into the SITA WorldTracer system, used by over 400 major airlines at over 2500 airports globally. It is also compatible with all other global baggage systems in use today.
